Delivery policy
1. Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery for all products, available in Dhaka and across the country.
2. Delivery Charges: The delivery charge for your order will be determined based on the distance and weight of the product. The exact charge will be communicated to you at the time of placing your order.
3. Order Confirmation: To confirm your order, the specified courier charge must be paid in advance to our bKash merchant number. You can pay the remaining amount upon receiving your product.
4. Delivery Time: Your product will be delivered within a maximum of 2-3 days inside Dhaka and 4-5 days for locations outside Dhaka.
5. Urgent Delivery: Our urgent delivery service is available only through our Facebook page within Dhaka. To place an urgent order, you must confirm it by 10:00 AM; an additional urgent charge of ৳200 will apply.
Return policy
1. No Returns or Exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges on products after they have been delivered. An exception is made only for saris with manufacturing defects, such as a tear, stain, or any other significant flaw.
2. Checking Your Order: You must check the product thoroughly in the presence of the delivery person. If you find any of the issues mentioned above, you can return the sari immediately. No complaints will be accepted after the delivery person has left.
